By submitting your $500 deposit you will reserve one (1) travel opportunity (seat) and understand the deposit is nonrefundable. We begin planning for your participation upon receipt of your deposit! Please monitor your email for followup messages from hello@studiobcreativeexchange regarding this experience including confirmation of payment and deadlines for confirmed flight, visa and vaccines.

Early Registration. Deposits received 3/31/2025- 6/30/2025 as space allows, receive a $250 discount off the balance due($2900-$500 deposit-$250 discount=$2150 total balance due). Rate will be noted on your personalized follow-up confirmation and invoice. You will be able to determine monthly or lump sum payment options upon receipt and return of your confirmation and invoice. If your deposit places you on the waitlist, please pay attention to your messages and potential actions needed.

Payment Deadline. Balances are due by 11:59EST March 31, 2026.

Late Fee and Holdover. Seats will will be held until April 5th and remaining payments. receiving a 20% late fee of balance due. No payment of balance or resulting late fees will result in cancellation and forfeiture of seat reservation and any amounts paid. Cancelation and refund requests, if possible, must follow the written request by the deadline.

Travel Insurance. Travel insurance is recommended.

Payment will appear on card statements as Studio B Creative Exchange.
